Welsh Water will install a new water pipe in Monmouth from Monday.
The work will take place between the junction of Nailer’s Lane/Monnow Street to the junction of Monnow Street/Agincourt Street from Monday 23rd April until the end of May.
Motorists will be able to travel up as far as the junction of Nailers Lane/Monnow Street. Temporary traffic management will be in place where the closure starts, and we will be assisting on site to direct motorists in the town.
Discussions have been carried out with the local authority regarding transport and emergency vehicles during our time of work.
Residents may experience some disruption to their water supply when Welsh Water connect their property onto the new water pipe.
