Worcester Warriors could be liquidated at the high court today.
The Premiership side, who are in administration, are facing a winding up petition over an unpaid tax bill worth 6-million pounds.
Players contracts would be terminated if the liquidation is granted.
Talks are still ongoing with two parties who are interested in buying the Warriors.
