A woman has died following a collision between a moped and Land Rover in North Herefordshire.
Officers were called at 3.53pm to reports that a red Honda moped and a black Land Rover defender collided on the B4203 between Bromyard and Upper Sapey.
Sadly, the woman in her 60s travelling on the moped, she was pronounced deceased at the scene. Her next of kin have been informed.
Road closures were in place while emergency services were in attendance.
West Mercia Police Inspector, Darren Godsall, said: "Our thoughts remain with the ladies family at this difficult time."
He continued: "While investigations are ongoing, we are appealing for any witnesses who may have been in the area at the time of the incident and may have dash-cam footage to please come forward.”
