Police are appealing for witnesses following a collision between four cars on the A49 at Affcot yesterday.
The incident happened around 2.15pm at an offside layby on the A49, when four cars are reported to have been involved in collision.
The vehicles involved are a Saab 9-5, a Skoda Fabia, a Ford Fiesta and a Skoda Yeti.
The passenger of the Skoda Fabia, a woman in her 60s, was taken to hospital with life threatening injuries.
The driver of the same vehicle, a man in his 60s, was also taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Anyone who witnessed the collision is asked to call West Mercia Police on 101, quoting incident number 388s 14 January.
