A woman has died following a collision in a Monmouthshire supermarket car park.
Emergency services were called a collision involving a car and pedestrian in the Waitrose car park in Monmouth on New Year's Eve.
The pedestrian, a 75-year-old woman was taken to hospital where she later died.
A 44-year-old woman from the Monmouth area was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving, she has since been released.
