Officers are investigating several reports of an indecent exposure just off Mable's Furlong in Ledbury.
Inspector James Ashton "The incidents happened in the alley that links Mable's Furlong and Deerpark between 11.00am and 11.40 on Thursday morning.
"Two women who were at separate times walking along the alley were approached by an unknown man who engaged them in conversation before exposing himself to them.
"The man is described as white, between 20 and 30 years old, average height, slim build in dark jogging trousers and a florescent yellow jacket.
'We have increased patrols in the area to offer reassurance and my officers are keen to speak to anyone who saw the incident or who was in the area at the time."
