Police are appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision on the A4810 in Magor.
It happened at around 10.30pm on Sunday 16 October.
Officers attended, along with personnel from the South Wales Fire and Rescue Service and the Ambulance Service.
The collision involved three cars: a black Vauxhall Corsa, a white Volkswagen Polo and a Skoda Taxi.
No life threatening or life changing injuries were reported.
