Police are investigating a robbery in Caldicot last month.
It happened outside the One Stop Shop in Caldicot Town Centre at around 12.30am on Sunday 21 August.
A 19-year-old man was reportedly assaulted by a man and his mobile phone taken.
The victim was taken to hospital by paramedics for treatment.
Officers arrested a 17-year-old boy and an 18-year-old man from the Caldicot area on suspicion of robbery.
Both were later released under investigation as enquiries continue.
Police are now appealing for anyone with information, including CCTV or dashcam footage to come forward.
