Police investigating the death of 33-year-old Hereford man Robert Eacock have arrested a second man on suspicion of assisting an offender.
A 21-year-old man from the Tipton area of the West Midlands was arrested today.
It comes after a 31-year-old man from Dudley in the West Midlands was arrested on Thursday evening on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder.
Both remain in police custody at this time.
Robert died in hospital on 29 January after suffering stab wounds during an incident on Commercial Street, Hereford at around 12.05pm the previous day. A post mortem has shown Robert died from a single stab wound.
Officers are appealing for anybody with information to call West Mercia Police on 101 and quote incident reference 249S of 29 January.
