Police are reminding dog owners to look after their pets following a livestock worrying incident in Hereford.
It follows an incident in the Lower Bullingham area yesterday,
Officers say an unknown number of dogs strayed into a field of cattle. The dogs began chasing the cattle and three cows ran into a brook where they subsequently drowned.
Dog owners have a responsibility to ensure their dogs are under control when around livestock.
Anyone who has information relating to the worrying of cattle in Lower Bullingham should contact West Mercia Police on 101.
