Abergavenny's new look Leisure Centre will open this morning following a £1.4 million refit.
Work on the redevelopment started in August last year and finished a week ahead of schedule.
The new facilities include:
· Extended Fitness Suite
· Power Assisted Exercise Studio
· Dedicated Spin Studio
· New Fitness Changing Facilities
· Ground Floor Coffee Vending Offer
Councillor Lisa Dymock, Monmouthshire County Council’s cabinet member for Community Wellbeing and Social Justice, said: “We are committed to investing in and developing leisure facilities across our county to support the health and wellbeing of our citizens. The continued investment in leisure facilities will have a significant impact on wellbeing for not only now, but also for our future generations."
