Sky broadband and telephone users are struggling with outages in Herefordshire.
The internet service provider has confirmed that users of its services in Herefordshire may be unable to use broadband or make or receive calls.
It has not said how long the outage is expected to last.
Users in some areas including Ledbury have been without their broadband connections since the mid-morning.
In a tweet, Sky said: "Customers may not be able to get online or make/receive calls. You can keep up to date on the My Sky App."
