Emergency services responded to a multi-vehicle collision in Hereford earlier.
Fire crews from Hereford were sent to the A49 Ross Road near the Broadleys Pub at just before 3:40pm.
The pile-up involved seven vehicles which have since all been made safe.
A casualty was released from a vehicle who medically trapped and assisted by firefighters and West Midlands Ambulance Service.
Three people were taken by ambulance to Hereford County Hospital.
