Police are appealing for information to locate 39-year-old Marc Smith from the Monmouth area, who has breached his licence conditions after being released from prison on 13th June 2018.
Marc received a 6 month sentence for breach of community order after being sentenced at Cwmbran Magistrates Court on 15th January 2018.
Due to the fact that Marc, who was released on licence, breached their licence conditions he has now been recalled to prison.
