Search continues for missing 82-year-old from Mardy

Police are continuing to search for 82-year-old Anwen Elliott who has been reported as missing.

Anwen is from Mardy, near Abergavenny, and was last seen yesterday at approximately 2.30pm near to The Lamb and Flag Pub on the A40, walking in the direction of Crickhowell.

Anwen has dementia, and officers are concerned for her wellbeing.

She is described as having grey hair, a slim build, and wearing a lilac jacket.

She could be carrying a handbag and umbrella.

Anyone with information relating to Anwen's whereabouts is asked to call Gwent Police on 101, quoting log 389 of 5/11/18.
