Developers want to build two new homes in a village near Ross-on-Wye.
The trustees of the late British classical scholar Sir Roger Aubrey Baskerville Mynors want to develop land south of 1 – 2 Church Hill Street in St Weonards.
Architects working on the scheme say both three bed detached homes will be of similar design.
Each property would have one bathroom and an ensuite bathroom on the first
floor with a kitchen/dining room, utility, cloakroom and living
room on the ground floor. A hall, stairs and landing will link both floors.
People have until July 24 to comment on the proposals.
