A man has been charged in connection with the death of a 39-year-old man in Ross-on-Wye on Sunday.
Kestutis Lekunas of Bluebell Close in Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire was charged with murder this evening.
The 35-year-old has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Worcester Magistrates Court tomorrow.
A 39-year-old woman who was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, in relation to the incident has been released and will face no further action.
