Police have confirmed a man who was left in a critical condition following an attack in Leominster has died.
The victim, a man in his 60’s was left in a critical condition after the attack at the Dukes Head pub in Corn Square last Tuesday.
West Mercia Police has now confirmed the man died as a result of his injuries.
In an update, Detective Sergeant Shelley Aplin said: "This is a tragic incident and our thoughts remain with the family of the man who has died".
"We're working hard to understand the circumstances that led to the man's death and our investigation is ongoing."
"The 33-year-old woman who was arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm has been released on bail while our enquiries continue."
