A 21-year-old man who absconded from a Monmouthshire prison has been located.
Kieran Wheeler absconded from Prescoed Prison in Usk on July 7th.
He was previously convicted of robbery and has links to Brynmawr.
Gwent Police this afternoon say he's been located and is back behind bars.
