Police would like to speak to this man in connection with an exposure incident that took place in Hereford on Sunday, 25 June.
A woman in her 20s was in a premises on St Peter's Square at around 3.15pm when she noticed a man exposing himself.
He did not approach the woman but stood there for a short time before leaving the premises and heading into town.
PC Nina Marshall said: "Enquiries are ongoing and I would like to reassure the community that we are taking this report extremely seriously. We are especially appealing for the man pictured to come forward, as he may have vital information that could help with our investigation.
"We would also like to speak to anyone else who saw the incident or witnessed anyone acting suspiciously in the area at the time."
