Developers want to convert and extend a block of derelict flats in Ross-on-Wye.
Riverview Flats on Wye Street was built in the early 1970s and was in use until 2016.
But since then the site has been unoccupied and now D P Rollings Ltd has plans to convert and extend the building.
The site currently has four two-bed apartments over two storeys but the new proposals would see the block have a total of six flats and an extra storey.
The four vehicle parking spaces will be kept and a new one added at the north-eastern end of the site.
People have until September 18 to comment on the proposals which Herefordshire Council is expected to consider by October 8.
