Developers have asked for retrospective planning permission to build two homes near the A49 in south Herefordshire.
Applicant Patrick Gurney wants to build the two detached houses with double garages on land next to Woodhouse Lodge, in Bridstow near Ross-on-Wye.
Residents have until October 19 to comment on the proposals and Herefordshire Council planners are expected to determine them by November 7.
