Plans have been submitted to demolish a Leominster home and replace it with 10 new properties.
Leominster Properties has asked Herefordshire Council for permission to redevelop 25 Lion Court on New Street.
The scheme would provide five three-bedroom townhouses together with five two-bed apartments within a single building.
Developers say the new properties would create low cost housing for local individuals and families to rent.
The five townhouses together with the two ground floor apartments would each include a private garden area to the rear of each property.
The three upper floor apartments would share a small communal garden space accessed via a gated pedestrian access from Rainbow Street.
Residents have until June 23 to comment on the proposals which are expected to be considered by August 15.
