Developers have submitted plans to convert a ground floor building into 10 flats in Ross-on-Wye.
Guy Drummond wants permission to convert the ground floor of the steel portal frame building behind Palma Court on Brookend Street to single bedroom flats.
The building has planning permission to be converted into a ten bedroom
house for multiple occupancy.
But architects working on the scheme say that it would be more consistent for the ground floor to be converted into 10 single bedroom flats rather than an HMO to house the same number of people.
Residents have until July 2 to comment on the proposals which county planners are expected to consider by August 6.
