Plans to convert the two floors of Hereford's former Debenhams store into office space have been approved.
MandM Direct are set to move into the building at the Old Market.
The online fashion retailer says it will move staff from its current head office in Leominster to the shopping centre.
Changes to the building will include new windows and doorway. An escalator from the ground floor to the first floor of the unit will be removed and infilled.
