Pizza Express's plans to permanently shut its Hereford and Ludlow restaurants has been approved by its creditors.
The restructuring will see 73 restaurants close and put 11-hundred jobs at risk.
Its arrangement - which was backed by the majority of the chain's landlords - will also see it secure rent reductions.
