A pedestrian has been knocked down and killed in Brynmawr.
Police were called to a collision involving a car and pedestrian on the A467 in Brynmawr at 9.10am.
A 32-year-old local woman died at the scene. Her family have been informed and are being supported by specially trained officers.
The road was closed for around five hours for investigation work to be carried out but was re-opened at around 2pm today.
Anyone who witnessed the collision or has dashcam footage is asked to call 101.
