An investigation into a house fire which killed one person continues.
Emergency services were called to the fire in a terrace house in Cobhall Close yesterday lunchtime.
It has been confirmed a person was inside the house at the time who sadly died in the fire.
A cordon remains in place in the street and is expected to remain in place over the weekend.
Fire investigators will carry out an investigation to establish the cause of the fire.
The coroner has been informed.
