Several business units have been affected by a large fire at Stanford Bridge.
Multiple fire crews were sent to Mill Farm on Sunday evening.
The blaze spread to several adjoining units.
Posting on Facebook, Auto Perfect said: "We are devastated to announce that a fire in an adjoining premises to our unit has spread and affected our premises."
"Luckily with the help of people on site we were able to remove all the vehicles from the unit before the fire spread to the roof and through the side of the unit."
"At the moment we will need to take some time to deal with what has happened and look at the best course of action going forward. All customers will be contacted over the next couple of days."
An investigation into the fire is underway.
