Investigating officers are appealing for witnesses to a two vehicle collision near Hereford.
It happened on the A4111 at around 5.40pm yesterday.
A grey Honda Civic Sport was travelling towards Eardisley and a silver Honda Jazz was being driven in the opposite direction towards Kington when the two vehicles collided.
The driver of the Honda - a man in his 20s - was taken to hospital with leg and arm injuries while the Honda driver - a woman in her 60s - suffered pelvis and chest injuries.
Enquiries are currently ongoing but police would like to speak with any witnesses to the incident or people who saw the vehicles and the manner in which they were being driven prior to the collision.
