Monmouthshire Council are preparing to scale back services amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Monmouthshire council says decisions are being reviewed “on a daily basis.”
All museums and Abergavenny’s Borough Theatre are currently closed.
The Reuse Shop in Llanfoist is also closed, but there are currently no changes to waste collections.
“The council is preparing for a range of different eventualities including a partial reduction in the workforce with colleagues self-isolating or being off work with the virus,” a council spokeswoman said.
“This will inevitably have a knock-on effect to our key services but we will keep our residents informed if we intend to make any changes.”
