Lucy Duncan, 19, had not been seen since she left her Swansea home in her car shortly before a red weather warning was announced.
A teenage girl who disappeared during Storm Emma has been found, police said.
Officers had appealed for the public's help to find Lucy Duncan, 19, who had not been seen since she left her home in Horton, Swansea, shortly before the Met Office's red weather warning came into force on Thursday.
The last reported sighting of the teenager's car was in the Hereford area at about 3pm the same day.
South Wales Police said she had been found "safe" on Monday morning and thanked members of the pubic "who shared and assisted with the appeal".
