Police are appealing to trace Philip Stephen Hunt, from Bartley Green.
Phillip was last seen by his sister at 6pm on Saturday.
He was reportedly at the Cock Inn, on Jiggins Lane, in Bartley Green until 11pm that night.
CCTV images show Phillip was in Hereford city centre yesterday.
The 66-year-old is described as white, 5ft 7ins tall, with a large build and blue eyes.
He was last seen wearing a short sleeve blue and navy checked shirt, black trousers and black shoes.
Concerns are growing for Phillip. He recently underwent an operation and may not have the necessary medication with him.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Phillip is asked to call the Central Locate team on 101 ext 844 6409 or the Missing Persons charity on 116 000.
