The Minor Injury Unit at Leominster Community Hospital will not be open this afternoon due to staff sickness.
The safety of patients is Wye Valley NHS Trust’s priority and it cannot run a safe service without enough qualified staff on duty.
The Trust apologies for any inconvenience this may cause and says the unit will reopen tomorrow when it will be back to business as usual.
All other clinics at the hospital are running normally this afternoon.
The Emergency Department at Hereford County Hospital is open for patients with serious illnesses and injuries, and anyone needing non-emergency medical guidance should call NHS 111.
