Joseph Purcell, aged 52, from Bilston has been charged with one count of causing serious injury by dangerous driving, and one count of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Worcester Crown Court on Monday 22 of October 2018.
It follows an incident which occurred on Monday 17 September.
