West Mercia Police, the UK Border Agency (UKBA), HMRC and other agencies conducted a multi-agency visit to a business premises in Church Street last Wednesday.
A 21-year-old man who left the premises when officers arrived was later arrested on suspicion of an immigration offence having been located with the help of thermal imaging equipment.
He was detained by the immigration authorities and subsequently bailed.
HMRC siezed documents relating to the business and are conducting their own enquiries.
