Police have arrested a man on suspicious of causing arson in Monmouthshire.
The incident happened sometime between 1am and 1.30am yesterday.
The Blue Ford Mondeo was parked on a drive on Lord Eldon Drive in Bulwark.
Gwent Police says a man has been arrested on suspicion of causing arson with intent to endanger life and has been released under investigation.
