Police have arrested a man suspicion of breaching a restraining order in Monmouthshire.
42-year-old man Tom Baddeley from Bristol was arrested by officers in Beaufort Park Way, Chepstow on Wednesday 7 October.
He was later charged with this offence and appeared at Newport Magistrates Court on Friday 9 October.
His restraining order prevents him from contacting Chepstow dentist Ian Hutchinson.
Baddeley is due to appear before Newport Crown Court on October 23.
