Ludlow Mayfair has been cancelled for second time this year.
In a statement, Ludlow Town Council said: "We have reached a majority conclusion that regretfully the Mayfair could not be held safely during the late May Bank Holiday, and the council does not give permission for its land to be used"
"It is has been a difficult decision, but unfortunately, Ludlow does not have a self-contained site like Tenbury."
There will be markets on Thursday 27th, Friday 28th, Saturday 29th, Sunday 30th, and Monday 31st May on Ludlow Market Square.
