A Ludlow councillor is again calling for action over a deteriorating former Costa Coffee building in the town centre.
The Grade Two listed site on King Street has stood empty for nearly three years, with scaffolding now forcing pedestrians into traffic.
Councillor Andy Boddington says there’s still no progress and wants Shropshire Council to step in.
The council says it’s in ongoing talks with the owners and monitoring safety, but won’t take enforcement action for now.
