Developers have submitted plans to build up to seven homes in Leominster.
The proposals for Southfield, on Hereford Road, would also see the main house converted into three apartments each with two dedicated parking spaces and a shared garden.
The scheme includes the construction of six semi-detached properties and a detached home.
Residents have until November 21 to comment on the proposals and planners are expected to determine the scheme by December 13.
