A group of around a hundred campaigners carried out a peaceful protest in Hereford earlier.
The Right to Protest March was organised by Extinction Rebellion.
The demonstration was against a controversial new policing bill which would give police in England and Wales more power to impose conditions on non-violent protests.
Protesters gathered at Hereford Cathedral before marching to High Town and Hereford & South Herefordshire MP Jesse Norman's office in Broad Street.
