Police are appealing for witnesses following two reports of lewd acts being committed near Upton upon Severn.
The incidents are reported to have taken place between 8 - 9am on Thursday 9 August. A male is reported to have driven erratically past the victims in Gloucester Road and on the A38 Tewkesbury to Upton upon Severn, before parking up and then acting in a lewd manner on the roadside in full view of the victims.
The suspect is described as white, aged late teens to early 20's, slim build, about 5'5" in height, and wearing a blue / dark hoody and sunglasses with the hood up.
The vehicle is described as being a blue or purple hatchback, either a VW Golf or Ford Fiesta. It possibly featured a body kit and stickers on the rear of the vehicle.
Earlier on the same day, a similar appearing vehicle was seen on the B4211 near the A438 Tewkesbury to Ledbury Road (near Forthampton), driving suspiciously.
