West Mercia Police says it will prosecute the organisers of an illegal rave in Dorstone.
Officers were called to the village on the Welsh border in the early hours of Sunday morning following complaints from residents.
Local councillors said more than 75 vehicles had been found parked up at the site.
All party-goers had left the area by Sunday evening with evidence gathering being carried out to identify and prosecute the organisers.
Current COVID-19 rules state anyone gathering in a group of more than six people in any inside or outside place will continue to be dispersed and could now be subject to an increased fine of £200 if they refuse to comply.
Organisers of events can be fined up to £10,000.
