Herefordshire Council's annual meeting has been postponed until January.
It was due to take place at the Three Counties Hotel in Hereford.
A council spokesperson said the meeting has been postponed due to adverse weather conditions and increasing Covid infection rates.
The meeting will be rearranged on a date in January to be confirmed.
