New Hereford manager and former Bournemouth defender Josh Gowling says as a player he used the lack of black managers and coaches as motivation for his own career.
After initially being put in interim charge at the National League North club, he has now been given the job on a permanent basis.
"I want to have a big impact on players lives, on and off the pitch. I love coaching, I love improving people and making players better.
"If I can inspire others as a black manager then even better."
Gowling tells Sky Sports News the Premier Leagues replacing players names with Black lives Matter is a positive step:
