A new independent fast food restaurant in Hereford plans longer opening hours.
Fries Before Guys in the city’s West Street is currently open from noon till 9pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, and until 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
Serving “loaded fries and dirty sides”, along with sides, shakes and alcoholic drinks, the eatery opened last November, having previously provided events catering. It has seating booths and six tables inside.
The restaurant has now applied to extend its drinks licence to 10pm each night of the week.
Comments on its application can be made via Herefordshire Council’s website until February 22.
