Hereford Food Festival is the latest casualty of events to be cancelled this year.
Organisers confirmed the event at Hereford racecourse would be cancelled for a second year.
In a statement, the festival said it was able to continue to be planned as the financial risk is too big.
The event normally attracts over ten thousand people to the two day event.
