A public consultation is underway on the future of Merton Meadow in Hereford.
Plans are in place to create a new urban village with up to 400 homes, green spaces, and community facilities.
A £2 million wetland scheme to tackle flooding is also proposed.
Residents have until 31 August to share their views online.
