UPDATE: Marc Smith, 38, from Monmouth who breached his licence conditions after being released from prison has been located and arrested.
Marc Smith is known to frequent the Monmouth area.
He was serving a 8 month prison sentence for breach of his anti-social behaviour order.
Due to the fact that Smith, who was released on licence, breached his licence conditions he has been recalled to prison.
